01How does the custom bag process work?
Send a brief — sizes, GSM, gauges, finishes, colour swatches, MOQ — and we send a sample within 5 working days. On approval, production moves to in-house print, cut and stitch with full QC on each line.02Can I bring my own bag design?
Yes. Bring finished artwork or a rough idea — we either produce to your files or engineer the bag with you, from fabric choice to final print.03What can be customised on a bespoke bag?
Everything: size, GSM, gauge, fabric (non-woven or jute), colour, finish, handle style and 1–8 colour print. If it can be cut and welded, we can build it.
