Sixteen answers covering ordering, materials and delivery. Still stuck? Real humans answer the phone, Mon–Sat.
01What is the minimum order quantity for eco bags?
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces for stock designs and 5,000+ for fully custom prints. Boutique and D2C edition runs from 500–1,000 pieces are supported on select products, and sample runs can flex below that — send a brief and we'll confirm.
02How quickly can I get a sample?
Physical samples despatch within 5 working days of approved artwork. Express samples are available in 48 hours for paid runs. Sampling starts with your size, GSM, colour and print details — share them on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form.
03How is pricing calculated?
Quotes come direct from the factory — no middlemen. Pricing depends on size, GSM, fabric (non-woven or jute), print colours and quantity. Share your spec on WhatsApp at +91 91210 53678 and we'll respond with a quote during business hours.
04How do I place a bulk order?
Send a brief via WhatsApp, the website enquiry form, or phone. We confirm specs, send a sample within 5 working days, and move to production on approval — with bundled, labelled, palletised despatch to your warehouse or distribution centre.
05Where is NextGen Eco Bags located?
Our factory is in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh — APIIC Colony, Rayudupalem, Ramanayyapeta, 533005. We despatch pan-India and export on request. Visitors are welcome Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:30 IST.
06Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We run palletised, batch-labelled despatch to warehouses, distribution centres and event venues across the country. We've delivered to 28 states and 4 countries, holding 98% on-time despatch.
07What materials do you use?
100% polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric, which is fully recyclable, and natural jute in 10–14 oz weights from audited Indian mills. Laminated food-safe interiors are available where the contents demand it.
08Are non-woven bags biodegradable?
PP non-woven is not biodegradable, but it is 100% recyclable and engineered for 200+ reuses — the carbon math beats single-use plastic within the first month. If you need compostable, choose jute: it breaks down in months, not centuries.
09Are your bags food-safe?
Yes. Our PP non-woven and laminated jute meet IS-9833 food-contact standards, with compliance documentation and batch traceability available for procurement audits.
10What printing options are available?
Flexo, screen and digital printing run in-house — no outsourcing. 1–6 colours as standard, up to 8 for boutique work, all Pantone-matched to your brand book with artwork QA before production.
11What GSM should I choose for a non-woven bag?
30–60 GSM suits light retail and pharmacy counters, 60–90 GSM covers shopping and promotional bags, and 90–120 GSM is for heavy-duty shoppers and premium loop-handle bags. We advise on the right weight during sampling.
12What sizes can you manufacture?
Any size. The standard D-cut range runs 9×12 to 16×20 inches, and we cut custom sizes from micro drawstring pouches up to reinforced 15 kg shoppers — to your exact spec.
13Can you make bags for weddings and events?
Yes — wedding favours, conference welcome kits and festival editions with monograms, multiple SKUs per order and direct-to-venue despatch. We serve 300+ events a year on calendars that don't move.
14Do you handle small runs for boutiques and D2C brands?
Yes. Boutique drops are supported from 500 pieces and D2C edition runs from 1,000 — most factories won't engage below 5,000. Runs arrive pre-counted, pre-sorted and fulfilment-friendly.
15How long has NextGen Eco Bags been manufacturing?
Since 2013. We've produced 40M+ bags for 500+ brand partners across retail, pharma, FMCG, fashion, events and e-commerce — from our own lines in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
16Why choose non-woven or jute bags over single-use plastic?
They're engineered for 200+ reuses, fully recyclable (PP non-woven) or compostable (jute), and compliant where single-use plastic is banned. For a business, the carbon and cost math beats single-use plastic within the first month.
